www.librarybuildings.ie is an online database that provides comprehensive and easily accessible information about public library buildings in Ireland.

The database concentrates on libraries recently opened and on libraries in heritage buildings.

Public libraries in buildings of architectural merit which have received grant-aid have also been included.

www.librarybuildings.ie was funded by the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, and is managed by An Chomhairle Leabharlanna.
