Training

An Chomhairle Leabharlanna manages a training and development programme for public library staff since 2001 with the support of a dedicated Standing Committee.

In 2011 An Chomhairle Leabharlanna delivered 13 training courses, over 22 sessions providing training to 552 participants from all thirty-two public library services.

The training programme for 2012 is now under negotiation and will be launched shortly.
